We offer a series of activities and services adapted to families so that everyone enjoys the experience. Let us know in advance if you need something special for the little ones.

Children:
Two children under 12 count as one person. Child-size life jackets are available upon request.

Yes, you can. A flat rate of CHF 60 per corkage and service applies, which includes glassware and tableware service, set-up, post-cruise clean-up and waste disposal.

Note: there is no refrigeration on board, and the responsibility for external food and beverages rests with the guest.

In case of unsafe or stormy conditions, the experience will be cancelled at no cost to both parties.

If an unforeseen weather event forces the experience to end prematurely, only the part already completed will be charged.

Our boat is designed to operate safely and comfortably in most weather conditions, including light rain.

Ensure smooth operation and fair planning:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to departure are free of charge.

Rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours prior to departure; subsequent changes are charged at 100%.

Yes, our vessel is fully compliant with Swiss maritime regulations and is officially registered for commercial passenger operations on Lake Lucerne.

Fishing and certain water sports can be arranged upon request as part of a tailor-made private experience.

All activities are carried out in collaboration with certified professionals who hold the appropriate licenses for the Lake of the Four Cantons, guaranteeing a safe, responsible and fully compliant experience.
