The private boat experiences offered under “The Swiss Lake Twins” are operated by QUTTING EDGE SWISS GMBH, Rosengarten 1B, 6210 Sursee, Switzerland.
Bookings are confirmed once the booking process has been completed and payment has been successfully received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Safety always has priority. Tours may be adapted, delayed, rescheduled or cancelled if weather or lake conditions make the experience unsafe. The final decision is made by the captain or provider.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via WhatsApp or email and confirmed by us to be considered valid. Free cancellation or rebooking is possible 48 hours before the tour. Later cancellations may be subject to fees.
Guests must follow all instructions given by the captain and/or crew at all times. Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Sursee, Canton of Lucerne, Switzerland.
Marine & Boat Equipment
These terms also apply to the marine and boat equipment division of QUTTING EDGE SWISS GMBH, including AirBerth® systems, accessories and related services, unless a separate written agreement applies.
Offers are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Delivery dates are indicative unless confirmed in writing. Goods remain the property of QUTTING EDGE SWISS GMBH until fully paid.
New goods are covered under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report defects immediately in writing.
